Live Blackjack
Live Blackjack brings casino experience into our living room, and we do not have to leave from home to play blackjack or pontoon through live video. The game is played on real tables with a total of 8 decks. Mixing takes place when there are only about 4 decks left. The regular rules apply but we can spice up the game with side bets.
Gameplay
The aim of Blackjack is to have a hand closer to 2 than the dealer’s hand. The cards with figures: jack, queen and king worth 10, the ace worth is 11 or 1. There are the cards with number (from 2 to 10) and their value is the same as their nominal value. You can set the bet with the tokens under the game. Then you will get two cards, after what one of these options applies:
- Hit: if two isn’t enough, we can draw further more.
- Stand: if we don’t wish any more cards we should choose this.
- Split: if the value of our first two cards is the same, we can choose to split them. The game continues with two hands and the original bet is set on the new hand.
- Doubling: if we are convinced that we have a stronger hand than the dealer, we can choose to double our original Bet. On a doubled hand, you can only draw one card.
- Insurance: if the dealer has the ace turned upside down, you may take insurance. With this we bet on the fact, that the dealer will have a Blackjack. The bet is the half of the initial one and it pays 2:1.
Side bet and tips
We can spice up the game with side bets. We can bet whether the dealer or we are going to have a pair as the first two cards. It is not as simple as it seems, as there is perfect, one coloured and red/black pair. The name of the last two doesn’t need any explanation. The perfect pair is when the dealer or we get a pair with the same colour and symbol as the first two cards. If the dealer is likeable you may give her tips with the Tip label.
